A senior level group project—evaluate the usability of the old South Dakota Department of Transportation website and provide design suggestions based on the user research conducted. This end solution aimed to make information easy to find and read with more intuitive navigation in a fresh, engaging interface. My personal contributions (outside of research and user testing) include the website layout and design, icon design, the project layout above, as well as user testing results graphs and charts. (2018)
