Legends Homes is a realty company located in St. Louis, Missouri that specializes in selling historic homes. The clients, one an AirForce veteran, wanted the logo to tell a story and exhibit the values of the Airman's Creed: 1) Integrity First, 2) Service Before Self, and 3) Excellence in All We Do.
Being a subsidiary of Coldwell Banker®, the logo mark in addition to any marketing materials have to follow identity standards and complement the brand. This logo solution and business card design use Coldwell Banker's brand colors and typefaces, while reflecting a timeless, confident real estate company that goes above and beyond when it comes to buying or selling a home.
