This project is a 32-page newsletter concept designed for the South Dakota State University (SDSU) School of Design. I painted the cover (above) using acrylics and a gelatinous printing technique. I wanted to capture the unified character of the School of Design, which includes architecture, graphic design, interior design, landscape architecture, and studio arts; each department has a distinct presence in this magazine that is reinforced through the use of varying colors. This project was awarded a Gold ADDY in publication design. (2016)
